Shipping & Packing
All our products are prepared and packaged by hand. We fluff the cushions, smooth the silks, straighten the cottons, bubble wrap the benches – ever so gently – and place them in a box for you.
Just to make sure your order arrives safely, our launch team spent many enjoyable hours testing, packing and dropping boxes on hard surfaces from high places. We also spent many months searching for locally made boxes and biodegradable plastic bags. So you can expect these too, along with hand cut fabric ties, and a hand drawing from our in-house cushion and cartoon artist.
A confirmation email will be sent to you within 48 hours after your order is placed to let you know when it will be shipped. Please ensure that your order is accurate. If we have your product in stock it will be sent 2-3 days after your order is received. If the cushion is a custom order or needs to be made, we will let you know when the cushion will be ready for shipping. If for any reason your product is back ordered, you will be contacted within 24 hours with a new shipping date and the option to exchange or get a refund.
REALthings ships its products worldwide using Canada Post. Our online shipping calculator provides you with real time quotes on the cost of shipping in Canadian dollars. Please keep in mind that some of the products are large and shipping is charged accordingly.
Returned packages due to refused delivery, non deliverable address or non response will be subject to a returned shipping fee. Any local taxes and duties collected upon delivery are the responsibility of the buyer.
