Shipping & Packing
All our products are prepared and packaged by hand. We fluff the cushions, smooth the silks, straighten the cottons and wrap them ever so gently – and place them in a box for you.
A confirmation email will be sent to you within 48 hours after your order is placed to let you know when it will be shipped. Please ensure that your order is accurate. If we have your product in stock it will be sent 2-3 business days after your order is received. If the cushion is a custom order or needs to be made, we will let you know when the cushion will be ready for shipping. If for any reason your product is back ordered, you will be contacted within 24 hours with a new shipping date and the option to exchange or get a refund.
Returned packages due to refused delivery, non deliverable address or non response will be subject to a returned shipping fee. Any local taxes and duties collected upon delivery are the responsibility of the buyer.
