For the safety of our customers & team, during the Covid-19 outbreak all sales are final.
Before placing an order, remember that all our products are hand crafted and each cushion is unique. The minor variations in our hand woven patterns are a symbol of the fabric’s rarity and reflect the hand woven nature and high quality of the textiles. We are pleased to be able to offer you several combinations of textiles and choices of fabrics, so you can select the one that is perfect for you.
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us right away. We will exchange or refund your order if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.
In order for us to accept your return, please ensure that the product is kept in its original condition. If we don’t receive the item in its original condition, you may be charged a restocking fee. Damaged products will not be refunded. Your payment will be refunded as soon as we receive your return.
For exchanges, please understand that we often have only a few quantities of each cushion and very often they sell out quickly. We will do our best to make sure you get the one you want or provide you with new wonderful choices. For large quantities of cushions that are repeatable, it is best to order them at the same time if you want them to come from the same dye lot. Otherwise, there may be minor variations in colour.
